　　布瑞特盃全國青少棒錦標賽是由中華民國棒球協會所主辦的國內棒球賽事，原則上每年均舉辦一屆，目前為美國小馬聯盟PONY小馬級世界青少棒錦標賽的國手資格賽，參賽選手年齡限定於十三至十四歲。

　　採七局制比賽，投手必須遵守下列規定：【一曆日係指凌晨零時一分至午夜零時】

  1. 一日比賽中投手不得投球超過95球，但面對同一擊球員或代打時，則可投至完成結果。
  2. 投手不可連續2場比賽中上場投球。
  3. 一日中投球數為46球（含）以上者，必須休息2曆日及1場比賽。
  4. 一日中投球數為21-45球者，必須休息1曆日及1場比賽。
  5. 一日中投球數為20球內（含）不受限制。
  6. 投手於比賽中投出41球（含）以上者，不得於同一日再擔任捕手。

　　本項賽事之組隊方式以縣市為單位，該縣市必須至少有四支青少棒隊才能夠報名參賽，且每個縣市最多只能組一支球隊，可以單一球隊或合組明星隊參賽。

目次

賽事簡介

  • 競賽主旨：發展全民體育，提昇青少年棒球技術水準暨選拔冠軍球隊，代表我國參加2011年美國小馬聯盟(PONY)小馬級（13－14歲組）亞太區青少棒錦標賽。
  • 比賽日期：2011年05月24日至05月30日。
  • 比賽地點：新竹市立中正棒球場
  • 比賽方式及制度﹕
(一) 採雙敗（分組）淘汰制。
(二) 每場均賽至勝負為止。
(三) 採突破僵局制：
1. 在正規局數（7局）結束後仍無法分出勝負時，進入延長賽（第8局）起採用新規定。
2. 攻方從無人出局一、二壘有人開始進攻。
3. 雙方教練在延長賽（第8局）開始時將跑者與打者名單交給主審，教練可任選其中一個棒次作為本局首位打者，如選擇本局從第3棒進攻，則1棒為二壘跑者、2棒為一壘跑者。(註：棒次經提交後不得更改)
4. 第9局之後將繼續延用第8局的打序，如第8局結束時的最後一名打者為第8棒，第9局的打者將從第9棒開始，而二壘跑者為第7棒，一壘跑者為第8棒。第10局延續第9局的打序，以後每局亦同。
★其餘任何的代跑或代打將按照既有的規定進行。
